Akinlolu holds a Bachelor’s and Masters’ degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a certified Quality Management Systems(QMS) Auditor and has attended several courses in Human Capital Development and Management. He is a member The Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management (MCIHRM) and a Chartered Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

He started his career as Investment /Admin Executive with CB Ventures Ltd, He later joined Johnson Products Nigeria Limited, a manufacturing Company as Admin /Human Resources Executive and rose to position of Admin/Personnel Manager. He joined CardCentre Nigeria Limited in January 2006 as Admin/Human Resources Manager with responsibilities for workforce management and performances of all Administrative functions including Purchasing, Security and Asset Management.

He is currently the Assistant General Manager, General Services with responsibilities for Workforce management, Purchasing and Supply and General Administration.

He is married with children.
